Welcome to DunkVerse, the ultimate basketball battleground. By downloading, installing, or using the DunkVerse mobile application, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are established to preserve competitive fairness, safeguard player data, and ensure a respectful and rewarding environment for all users. The DunkVerse team reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the game following such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, we kindly ask that you discontinue use of the application and related services immediately.

• All users must be at least 13 years of age or have parental consent to register and participate in gameplay. By creating an account, you affirm that the information provided is complete, accurate, and up to date. It is your responsibility to secure your account and avoid sharing your login details with others. DunkVerse will not be liable for unauthorized access or compromised accounts resulting from negligence.
• Players are expected to maintain a positive environment both on and off the court. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from hate speech, discriminatory behavior, threats, personal attacks, or repeated unsportsmanlike conduct during online matches, chat interactions, or social features such as squads or voice channels. Violations may result in chat restrictions, leaderboard suspension, or permanent account bans.
• All purchases made within DunkVerse — including but not limited to exclusive jerseys, in-game currency, cosmetics, booster packs, emotes, and seasonal passes — are considered final once confirmed. Refunds will not be granted for digital goods unless required by applicable law. Please ensure you have verified your purchase and platform account details prior to checkout.
• The use of third-party tools, bots, cheats, modified APKs, or any form of manipulation that grants an unfair advantage over other players is strictly forbidden. Players found engaging in exploitative behavior, including matchmaking abuse, stat padding, or account boosting, will be subject to immediate investigation and possible removal from ranked matchmaking and live events. Repeated or severe violations may result in full account suspension.

DunkVerse may collect anonymized gameplay and usage data to improve performance, analyze player trends, and deliver more balanced matchmaking and seasonal content. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any feedback or bug reports shared with the team may be used to improve the game experience, and by submitting it, you grant us the right to use it without compensation or attribution. We are committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and ever-evolving space where ballers can rise, grind, and shine.
